We do not operate a public retail showroom. Each proposal is prepared for the specific reference, requested timing and destination. Availability, condition, complete set and final price are confirmed in writing before a reservation.
Standard Boutique Allocation
For current-production references when a standard Geneva boutique route is available. The allocation is reserved under our Swiss company. Timing is confirmed individually and depends on the reference and boutique confirmation.
Priority Boutique Allocation
Accelerated allocation opportunities, where available, with a priority service premium reflected in the final watch price. The confirmed collection window and reservation terms are provided in your private offer. Priority does not imply a universal guaranteed lead time.
Private Collector Sourcing
Selected ready-to-ship or individually sourced pieces from trusted private collectors and secure storage. We confirm the model year, condition, full-set status, provenance, price and release arrangements for the specific watch.
A Defined Acquisition Process
01. Confirm the Reference
Provide the model or reference, preferred timing and delivery city. We determine whether a standard allocation, priority allocation or collector-sourced watch is appropriate.
02. Swiss Contract and Reservation
A written offer specifies the watch, model year, condition, complete set, final price and collection window. New clients ordinarily reserve Geneva boutique allocations with a 30% deposit under a contract and invoice issued by Swiss Watch Company Sàrl.
03. Boutique Confirmation and Assignment
The boutique allocation is opened and held under Swiss Watch Company Sàrl. Once the boutique confirms collection and the transaction is settled, ownership transfers to the client under a Deed of Assignment. Eligible clients may collect in Geneva with our company, or we can collect and arrange insured delivery.
04. Private Collector Transactions
For a collector-owned watch, the specific reservation, inspection, transfer and settlement terms are documented separately. The piece is released from secure custody under the agreed procedure. No watch is dispatched or handed over before full settlement.
Settlement and Verification
Payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before you proceed. Your quotation and Swiss invoice set out the payment instructions, the full amount payable and any applicable charges before the transaction is confirmed.
Swiss KYC and AML verification may apply. Clients can verify Swiss Watch Company Sàrl in the Swiss commercial registers and request a corporate video meeting by arrangement. Client identities and third-party transactions remain confidential.
Geneva Handover. Insured Worldwide Delivery. Private Hand-Carry.
Geneva: eligible boutique collection or private handover by prior arrangement. Access to our Geneva Private Client Desk is reserved for established VIP clients; new client enquiries are handled remotely.
Ferrari Group: insured international delivery, typically 5-7 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and local import procedures.
Private hand-carry: dedicated courier service to an agreed city can be arranged for qualifying orders. Availability, insurance, cost, travel requirements and exact timing are quoted individually.
International destinations we regularly discuss with clients include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Kuwait City, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Miami and Los Angeles. These are delivery destinations, not claimed Emirates Ambassadeurs boutiques or public showrooms. Service is subject to applicable laws and logistics acceptance.
Collection Timelines Are Reference-Specific
Standard and priority boutique allocations have different price and timing profiles. There is no single waiting period that applies to all brands or references. The estimated boutique month or collection window is documented in each offer, with potential priority access assessed individually. Ready-to-ship collector pieces are subject to availability and release verification.
Quotes are time-sensitive. No boutique allocation or private collector piece is reserved solely by an enquiry or verbal confirmation.
Authenticity, Documentation and Discretion
We work with current-production Swiss watches and selected exceptional collector pieces. Brand-new boutique allocations include the manufacturer-provided set and documentation. For privately sourced pieces, the exact year, condition, accessories and warranty documentation are specified in advance.
Every transaction is governed by the applicable Swiss contract and invoice. Genuine non-fulfilment and any refund entitlement are handled under the signed agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
